Balance is an internal credit in the service; top-ups are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only available in case of technical error or double charge, or when no operations have been performed on the account. Details are in the "Refund Policy" section. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support will result in account block and balance forfeiture.
